Shipping

Orders for in-stock items placed by 12:00 Kyiv time are shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Pre-orders are made and shipped within 7–14 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Within Ukraine we ship with Nova Poshta: to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier, usually in 1–3 days. Shipping is free on orders of 3,000 UAH or more.

International orders are shipped by Ukrposhta and usually arrive in 5–8 business days. Customs duties and taxes of the destination country are paid by the recipient. We do not ship to the Russian Federation or Belarus. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may:

• return accessories of proper quality for a refund, or exchange them for another size or colour;
• exchange silver jewellery of proper quality for another size or colour.*

Items must be unused, with tags attached, complete and in their original packaging. Exchanges are for the same item in another size or colour, at no extra cost and subject to availability, up to two times per item.

Shipping for returns and exchanges is paid by the customer. If an item is defective or was sent in error, we cover all shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 30 days of us receiving the item, to the original payment method.

* Jewellery made of 925 sterling silver, including plated pieces, of proper quality cannot be returned under Ukrainian law. This does not apply to defective items.
