Return request

Accessories in their original condition can be returned or exchanged, and silver jewellery can be exchanged, within 14 days of receiving your order.

How it works

  1. Fill in the request below, or email the same details to info@scematique.com.
  2. Within 1–2 business days we will confirm your request by email and send you the return address.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of your request: unworn, with tags attached, complete and in its original packaging. Shipping for returns and exchanges is paid by the customer unless the item is defective.
  4. We refund you within 30 days of receiving the item, using the original payment method.

Silver jewellery of proper quality can be exchanged for another size or colour, but not returned. If your piece is defective, choose “Quality claim” in the form.

By submitting a return request, I notify FOP Olena Mikhailutsa that I withdraw from the sales contract for the items listed, in accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law.

Silver jewellery of proper quality cannot be returned under Ukrainian law, but it can be exchanged for another size or colour. Quality claims for such items are accepted.
