Warranty

Scematique jewellery is handcrafted and requires attentive care. Each piece comes with a one-year warranty from the date you receive it.

The warranty covers complimentary professional cleaning and polishing, as well as repair of manufacturing defects. Repair of accidental damage is at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover natural wear of the plating, scratches or deformation caused by use, or damage resulting from not following our care guidelines, contact with chemicals or mechanical impact.

To use your warranty, send your order number and detailed photos of the piece to info@scematique.com.

If a piece is defective, you also keep all your rights under Ukrainian consumer protection law. See our Refund policy and section 10 of the Terms of service.
