How long will delivery take?

All orders placed by 12:00 PM (ET) are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
For pre-orders, the processing time may be extended to 7–14 business days to craft and deliver the item made for you.
For international shipping, delivery is generally expected within 5–8 business days. Please note that we are unable to ship to the Russian Federation or Belarus. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How can I return/exchange my order?

You may exchange(*) your item for a different size or color for no additional cost(**). Purchases may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery. All items must be exchanged in their original condition, unworn, and with original tags still attached. You may exchange your item for the same item in a different size/color for no additional cost.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our team to support@scematique.com with your order number and the email or phone used for your purchase. Once your exchange has been accepted, our team will assist you with a different size or color. Your new item will be shipped to the same delivery address as the initial order. You can make a maximum of two exchanges for the same item.

*Please note that returns for jewelry items crafted from sterling silver or gold are not accepted, in line with Ukrainian consumer protection law.

The price of the item will remain unchanged. All shipping and return transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What can I do if my package or product is damaged?

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us to support@scematique.com within 2 days of delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to take photos of the damage to support your claim.
