Shipping, returns & exchanges

Shipping

All orders placed by 12:00 PM (ET) are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
For pre-orders, the processing time may be extended to 7–14 business days to craft and deliver the item made for you.
For international shipping, delivery is generally expected within 5–8 business days. Please note that we are unable to ship to the Russian Federation or Belarus. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

We value conscious design and mindful purchases. You may exchange(*) your item for a different size or color for no additional cost(**). Purchases may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be complete, including tags and packaging, and free from defects or signs of use.

*Please note that returns for jewelry items crafted from sterling silver or gold are not accepted, in line with Ukrainian consumer protection law.
**The price of the item will remain unchanged. All shipping and return transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
