These terms govern the use of the website scematique.com (hereinafter the "Website") in accordance with the law of Ukraine, including on data protection and intellectual property.

1. Conditions for the use of the Website

1.1 The Website presents the Scematique brand and its pieces. The Website is operated by the individual entrepreneur (FOP) Olena Arseniivna Mikhailutsa, taxpayer ID (RNOKPP) 3417603945, with address at 10 Volodymyra Velykoho St., 79004, Lviv, Ukraine, email info@scematique.com (hereinafter the "Seller"). The Seller's full details are set out in the Public Offer Agreement.

1.2 Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these terms and a commitment to respect them.

1.3 The Seller may change the Website and these terms at any time without notice.

1.4 On the Website, users may:

(a) buy products;

(b) contact customer service;

(c) subscribe to the brand's news.

2. Intellectual property

2.1 The content of the Website, including the Scematique name and logo, product designs, photographs and texts, belongs to the Seller or is used by the Seller lawfully, and is protected by intellectual property law.

2.2 This content may not be copied or used without the Seller's written consent.

2.3 The Seller respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. A rights holder who believes that content on the Website infringes their rights may send a written notice to info@scematique.com. Once verified, such content will be removed.

3. Links to other websites

3.1 The Website contains links to other websites and social networks. The Seller has no control over their content and is not responsible for it.

3.2 The Seller has no control over how other websites collect and process personal data. Users should read the rules of each website they visit. Data processing on the Website is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Liability

4.1 The Seller updates the Website regularly but cannot guarantee that all information on it is always current, accurate and complete, or that the Website works without interruption or errors.

4.2 The Seller is not liable for damage caused to users by the actions of third parties, or by the characteristics of the network or the technical configuration of the user's device.

4.3 These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. They do not limit users' rights under consumer protection law.
